EPIC Technical Readiness Consultant (Healthcare)

Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an EPIC Technical Consultant for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Des Moines, IA!

Title: EPIC Technical Readiness Consultant (Healthcare)
Location: Des Moines, IA (Remote - must be willing to travel to Des Moines weekly)
Duration: 6 Months
Role Type: W2 contract engagement

Position Summary:

Technical Consultant
Must have experience managing Epic Readiness Projects

• Coordinate Walkthrough Scheduling and On Boarding
• Determine Inventory and Assessment walkthrough schedule
• Contact Department Managers to schedule walkthrough appointments
• Compose and send Initial/Follow-up Communications to Department Managers
• Ensure Quickbase database is up to date with information collected
• Garner department manager sign off when required
• Coordinate Post Walkthrough Analysis
• Review the device Gap Count with the Department/Practice Manager via Gap report and obtain sign-off .
• Track Gap-related questions/Update TogetherCare Team
• Attend local Steering Committee calls as needed
• Attend TogetherCare project calls
• Assist in report outs/project status for TIS Steering calls
• Coordinate TDR Scheduling and On Boarding
• Determine TDR walkthrough schedule
• Contact Department Managers to schedule TDR appointments
• RHM CSC to garner department manager sign off
• Participate in local Steering Committee and GLRAA calls
• Assist in report outs/project status for TIS Steering calls
