Stratton Amenities, a leading provider of luxury concierge services for upscale apartments and condominiums, is seeking Hospitality Superstars for the role of Front Desk Concierge at our luxury high rises in . The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, a proven record of guest service excellence, and a clear understanding of luxury customer service. They will be accustomed to fast-paced environments, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
SHIFTS: Thurs-Fri: 3:00PM-11:00Pm & Sat-Sun: 7:00AM-3:00PM, 11:00PM-7:00AM (Sun-Tues)
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Extensive experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of Guest Service Excellence
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of luxury customer service excellence
- Ability to anticipate residents' and guests' needs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Availability to work weekends
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct residents and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude
- Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors
- Maintain confidentiality of residents
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
- Accurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery, and perform package inventory audits
- Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security
- Monitor access throughout the shift and ensure authorized resident and guest use only
- Caution residents or guests behaving in an unsafe manner
- Perform all other duties as assigned
