Customer Service Representative - ILG
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing professional and cheerful service to all customers, passengers and visitors.
Promote flyADVANCEDs commitment to exemplary service and quality by the successful execution of the duties assigned.
The first priority of an FBO Representative is to welcome customers, passengers and visitors and provide them with service that surpasses their expectations.
Provide pre-arrival, arrival and departure coordination for flight departments and passengers visiting our FBO.
Aircraft reservations - receive reservations for inbound aircrafts documenting accurate arrival, departure times, dates and services.
Hotel, ground transportation and rental car services- make applicable reservations for customer, coordinate confirmations from vendors and relay details and arrangements back to the customer.
Catering Reservations - take catering orders for crew and/or passengers, contact vendors, and coordinate delivery of the order for it to arrive at the necessary time.
Comply with company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, ramp, safety and security procedures.
Communicate with customers via telephone, fax, face to face, and email. Utilize radios to communicate with line personnel and the aircraft.
Relay service requests from aircraft to line personnel in order to provide the appropriate service.
Accurately process and record all credit card and cash sales/purchases, which include issuing a receipt.
Maintain records and reports and other clerical duties.
Assist with Administrative functions for the flight school.
