Description
The Human Resource Information System Partner will be responsible for all aspects of HRIS, participate in generalist and recruitment duties to support the organization's business objectives.
This position will work collaboratively with various hiring managers to understand their departmental needs of the organization and collaborate with the HR Team to develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall function of the organization and HR Department.
• Consulting with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs. • Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
• Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports.
• Providing HRIS training and technical support.
• Optimize HRIS processes and workflows.
• Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries utilizing Paycom.
• Ensuring the efficient recording of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
• Performing HRIS audits and workflows on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required.
• Maintains and administers ad hoc reports, provides training and assisting users of those ad hoc report writing tools as needed.
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts.
• Payroll support as needed.
• Serve as a contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators along with Senior Director, HR.
• Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefit processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations (i.e. HIPPA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, etc.).
• Assist in the administration of worker’s compensation insurance program.
• Coordinate daily benefit processing.
• Enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, hardships and compliance testing.
• FMLA Administration
• Oversee maintenance of employee benefit files.
• Prepare regular benefit reports extracting data from the databases.
• Provide customer service support to internal and retired employees.
• All other duties as assigned and needed.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: • Associate degree required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred or related field preferred. • 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-state environment. Background in benefits preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency in HRIS.
