- Enter Warranty Data: Timely and accurate entry of warranty claims.
- Rental Fleet Oversight: Oversee the rental car fleet at the Ford location.
- Filing Maintenance: Organize and maintain files to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- State Inspection Documentation: Ensure compliance with state inspection regulations and record keeping.
- Assist with Office Tasks: Support various office functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Customer Satisfaction: Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Automotive Dealership Experience: Previous automotive dealership experience is a PLUS but not necessary.
- Detail Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to details.
- Follow-Up & Organization: Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Communication Skills: Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
