Responsibilities:

  • Enter Warranty Data: Timely and accurate entry of warranty claims.
  • Rental Fleet Oversight: Oversee the rental car fleet at the Ford location.
  • Filing Maintenance: Organize and maintain files to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
  • State Inspection Documentation: Ensure compliance with state inspection regulations and record keeping.
  • Assist with Office Tasks: Support various office functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Automotive Dealership Experience: Previous automotive dealership experience is a PLUS but not necessary.
  • Detail Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to details. 
  • Follow-Up & Organization: Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Communication Skills: Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
