Property Maintenance Manager

Strausser Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an energetic, highly organized, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to manage the maintenance of existing residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities/duties include:

  • Inspect work for quality, quantity and completeness
  • Oversee, procure and negotiate subcontractor bids
  • Responsible for thorough knowledge and enforcing of Company policies
  • Oversee and schedule Maintenance Technicians
  • Responsible to be available to coordinate after hours Emergency calls to Maintenance Technicians
  • Ordering necessary supplies and equipment, as well as upkeep of all Company owned tools and equipment
  • Monitor expenditures, prepare purchase/work orders for approvals and submit justifications for equipment/supplies needed
  • Prepare estimates and takeoffs of new construction projects

Candidate must have prior management experience as well as experience and/or knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry (minimum of 5 years).
