What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Stream Companies?
Stream Companies is looking for a Project Coordinator! The Project Coordinator works alongside one or more of the following roles; the VP, Director of Client Services (DCS) or the Account Director and is responsible for implementing and coordinating the deliverables on the monthly budget. They are responsible for communicating the strategy and direction from the VP or DCS to the internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered by deadline and within budget.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support multiple client accounts to ensure deliverables are executed by the various departments on time and on budget
- Upon the approved monthly budget items, triggering projects in Workfront, gather and ensure all project detail information is accurate and entered into the project for the internal agency departments to execute
- Work with the VP, DCS or Account Director to provide direction for all marketing initiatives
- Review the final planned project, adjust timelines as needed and make sure assignments are created where required in the project
- Client communication support responsibilities
- Gather offers and incentives needed for respective campaigns
- Deliver creative proofs to the client while copying in the Account and Creative Directors
- Relay client change orders to internal agency teams
- Financial changes must come from the AD, DCS or VP
- Creative and production coordinator support responsibilities
- Ensure traffic information is included in each of your production spots
- As needed, attend creative team stand-ups to communicate top priority items
- Project Management responsibilities
- Complete Workfront Project Management training course on Workfront’s Ascent platform.
- Use Workfront fully, using best practices and as the core facilitating work product across the agency
- Continued training and on-going education on project management methodologies and best practices
- Continued education and early adoption of new Workfront tools and features as delivered by the Operations team
- Keep appraised of clients’ brands/products/services/marketing developments
- Stay up to date with new marketing trends and services within the agency and industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related field
- Highly proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Skills & Experience:
- Understanding and experience using project management systems to communicate work requests (ex: Basecamp, Jira, Workfront, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Advertising, marketing, or project management experience
