What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valve Technician position at Stream-Flo?

Key position functions include:
- Assembly of valves and wellheads
- Testing of valves and wellheads
- Application of name plates and/or stamping
- Painting and/or coating of valves and wellheads
- Follow work order process traveller requirements
- Assist shipping and receiving when required
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous oilfield equipment experience is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to install, repair, and work on all major kinds of Wellhead equipment.
- Strong Knowledge of wellhead and flow control products
- Effective written, verbal and reading skills (English)
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work as a team player within and across reporting lines
- Ability to lift, push or carry 50lbs. safely
