Operations Manager Job Description
Streamline Recon continues to be the leader in automotive reconditioning and detail services for our dealerships. We’re seeking a high-production Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and leading operations within the Houston area.
Operations
- Leads and manages the team to maximize performance and efficiency
- Professionally addresses all customer, operational, and performance concerns.
- Meets regularly with customers to discuss service levels, repair quality, cycle-time performance and other issues that drive customer satisfaction.
- Ensures technicians possess the necessary skills, resources, equipment, and information to provide quality service
- Educates new employees on their role, expectations, policies, processes and procedures
Personnel
- Conducts performance reviews ensuring employees know their strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Identifies performance issues and develop and implement plans to address
Administration
- Implements accurate customer invoicing processes
- Maintains equipment and adequate supplies
- Manages and enforces company policies
Required Qualifications
- Combined minimum experience of 3 years in an Operations Manager leadership role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
