Hotel Cleaner

Job Summary:
Hello! We are 5 Star Clean STReak. Our business is located on Long Island as well as the Charleston Area. We specialize in cleans for Short term rentals (vacation rentals, airbnbs VRBO etc). We started our company because we manage and own STR's, we co-host in other markets and we have very high standards for cleaning at our properties. We believe all who join us as team members have an important role in our success and we greatly value those who work with us and want to grow. There is room for you to thrive here with us if you'd like. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking cleaners to join a growing company with lots of room for growth. The ideal candidates will have experience in hotel cleaning, laundry and general cleaning duties. We are willing to train those who don't have that experience but would like to learn from those who launch and manage these types of properties. We know what guests look for and 5 star reviews are a huge part of our success. All Candidates should be fluent in English. • Duties:
• Reporting property condition to management upon arrival at each job site.
• sending photos of damage, stains, excessive pet hair/dust as well as after the job has been completed to management at each turn. no exceptions.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
• laundry at each turn.
• Handle waste disposal following proper procedures, garbage being put out when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals.
• candidates should be flexible, able to move quickly and practice efficient time management. -occasional runs to stores ( gas compensation provided)
• ability to problem solve when necesary

• Qualifications:

- Proven experience in cleaning roles
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Excellent time management skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 18 per week
