Athletic Trainer / Stretch Specialist

StretchLab Castle Rock is looking for people who enjoy helping others on their health and wellness journey, are passionate about building community, are energetic and experienced, and want to have some fun doing it. Must have current certification in one of the following: Massage or Neuromuscular Therapists, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapy Aide, NASM, ACE, Kinesiology, or Sports and Exercise Science degree.

Position:

The Flexologist role is to deliver an excellent one-on-one assisted stretch experience. You will help clients achieve their flexibility goals to gain more freedom of movement, reduce stress, and increase performance in all facets of their life. including recreational and athletic endeavors.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one hands-on assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Managing client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking the client's weekly recurring appointments
• Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Requirements:

• Currently living in the area or have plans to move within a few weeks.
• Bachelors degree or higher in exercise science, kinesiology or related field or, a currently active nationally accredited certification with 2 years' experience.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Fantastic communication skills
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
• Must be available to go through our 2-day in-person Flexologist Training Program™. Other training includes 20 hours of online tutorials and post-training practical’s of at least 20 hours.
