Stribling Equipment, LLC is actively seeking Roadbuilding & Crushing Equipment - Field Service Technicians for our Little Rock, Arkansas dealership.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Work independently at customer’s locations from a field service truck
- Heavy focus on paving, asphalt, milling, quarry, crushing, and roadbuilding equipment repairs
- Recondition and repair equipment and components
- Maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies and outside purchases
- Maintain and care for equipment and vehicles
- Perform diagnostic inspections as directed
- Complete company provided trainings to obtain necessary license and certifications: CDL, Wirtgen, Vogele, Hamm, Kleemann etc.
- Pay ranges from $30-$50 per hour based on experience

- Experience or education related to repairing and maintaining equipment, diesel automobiles, or heavy trucks.
- Previous experience with Wirtgen, Hamm, Vogele, Kleeman, Roadtec, Bomag, Dynapac, Weiler, Aztec is highly preferred.
- John Deere experience is a plus.
- Tools as required of a typical diesel technician.
- Basic understanding of computers and computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other software on similar platforms that will be used to diagnose and document repairs.
- Analytical skills to diagnose complex problems.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean MVR; must obtain a Class B CDL for continued employment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule outside normal business hours, including overnight and some weekends.
- Ability to travel for specialized paid training to support roadbuilding and crushing equipment.
