What We Need:
Stride Funding is seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Success Manager to join our expanding Partner Success team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success with our innovative financing and talent solutions. If you're passionate about driving growth and delivering exceptional value to partners, we want you on our team!
\n- Develop and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with Stride Funding's strategic partners, including Fortune 500 employers (focus on healthcare), educational institutions, and workforce development programs.
- Conduct regular partner check-ins and strategic business reviews to understand their needs, drive adoption, and maximize partner satisfaction.
- Utilize partner usage metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and expansion of Stride Funding's impact.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for partners, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful integration and utilization of Stride Funding's financing solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to advocate for partner needs and drive product enhancements that align with Stride and the partner's objectives.
- Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights from partner interactions to enhance overall team effectiveness and success.
- Pairs with sales leads and implementation staff for effective handoffs pre and post-sale.
- Coordinates and prioritizes multiple partner launches while managing day-to-day requests from partners objectives.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners or clients, with a focus on driving mutual success and achieving business goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and recommend effective solutions to drive long-term partner satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Good judgment and autonomous decision-making when identifying, addressing, and collaborating on solutions and/or increased scope-of-works with partners
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for working cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional results.
- Strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to understand partners' broader goals and develop plans to help them achieve success with Stride Funding's solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate change effectively.
- 5 years of experience in a client-facing or relationship-building role, such as Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive partner engagement and business growth.

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
