Striim is looking for a high-energy, detail oriented, Executive Assistant to partner closely with and support our Chief Revenue Officer. Our office is in Granite Park in Plano, Texas.

The EA will provide support and partner closely with the CRO, playing a key role in planning and coordinating a variety of meetings and events (staff meetings, all hands, off sites, etc. The ideal candidate will be a polished, detailed oriented individual who can demonstrate initiative, flexibility, teamwork and great judgment. Duties and responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Provide a variety of support to executives, including but not limited to, managing special projects and group task lists, expense reports, assisting in email responses and event planning,
- Responsible for coordinating calendar, establishing agendas; arranging domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, cars, visas if required).
- Acts as a liaison to customers, senior leaders, and other organizations.
- Interpret requests and assist in implementing action as well as determining whether immediate notification of matters is required.
- Prepare letters, memos, reports and other documents as needed.
- Assist executives with key internal and external activities and materials.
- Prioritization, brainstorming, planning, and execution of special projects including events, off-sites, budgets.
- Ability to proactively manage projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize long task lists and meet deadlines with limited direction
- A minimum of 2 years work experience
- Experience with high-growth organizations is a plus, as is working in a software company
- Familiarity with Mac and Gsuite applications
- This role will be required to be present onsite on a hybrid schedule once the Company’s offices reopen and/or attend in-person meetings. Striim, Inc. currently requires that all employees who are required to travel for work, as well as employees and visitors to its office, are fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. Accordingly, this role requires full COVID-19 vaccination (subject to any exemptions or accommodations due to medical or religious reasons).
