What you will be doing:
Manages, trains, and counsels the on-site staffing team.
Creates a collaborative and efficient work environment for all on-site staff.
Acts as a primary contact for all tenants and staff on properties.
Supervises resident retention, leasing programs, and lease renewals to maintain maximum occupancy.
Oversees contractors and other service providers in any property project.
Manages the financial performance of the property.
Oversees rents, occupancies, and expenditures.
Organizes proper maintenance, repairs, and inspections of properties.
Ensures compliance with company policy and government regulation.
Oversees leasing paperwork and service requests.
Maintains detailed records of property operations, transactions, and tenant interactions.
Monitors proper and full completion of all service requests in a timely manner.
Analyzes monthly performance and budget projections.
Complete annual asset business plans and formulates budget forecasts.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher education preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience in on-site property management.
Extensive knowledge about leasing and bookkeeping.
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with property management and accounting software.
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing and budgeting techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and support a team.
Ability to understand, review, and report financial information.
Capable of multi-tasking in an organized manner.
Strong time management skills.
Possesses strong leadership qualities.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
