Position Overview
Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for storytelling and a passion for creating movements and driving change? Strive Pharmacy is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand through compelling content that resonates with our audience. You will be instrumental in raising awareness about compound pharmacies, highlighting our differentiators, and promoting our drugs as a superior approach to whole-personal health and wellness. Your expertise in various mediums – photo, video, podcasts, social media and copywriting – will help us create and aggregate content that's not just relevant and interesting but also discoverable and trendsetting.
Key Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with our mission and brand identity.
- Create engaging, informative content across various mediums, including but not limited to, blogs, social media, video, and podcasts.
- Stay aware of current trends, pop culture, and best practices, integrating them innovatively into our industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content consistency and brand messaging.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high standard of excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content marketing preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content creation abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Creative thinker with a passion for creating movements toward positive change
- Ability to translate complex information into engaging, consumer-friendly content.
- Experience with optimizing content for engagement, reach, and SEO to enhance content discoverability.
Salary Range
Competitive salary of $60,000-$70,000 based on experience
