What we do:
Through our relationships, we offer debt resolution services which help clients get out of debt in the quickest and most effective way possible, so they can refocus on the important things in life.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the initial point of contact for the customers and help in the process of answering questions regarding our program to clients who are already enrolled
· Provides the customer with timely and periodic status updates
· Customer Intake and Data Entry
· Collect required documentation from applicants and follow up on missing items
· The Customer Service Representative will establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents for recurring internal reports
· Other duties as assigned.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Ability to provide excellent customer service, both internally and externally .
· The Customer Service Representative will have the ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
· Excellent records and file management skills.
· The Customer Service Representative will have knowledge and experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
· Knowledge of basic accounting processes and procedures.
