Cafeteria Manager

Requirements:
  • Achievement of satisfactory test scores on the following tests: written pre-employment test and excel spreadsheet test
  • ServSafe® Food Protection Certification
  • Knowledge of ordering (food, papergoods, etc.) and inventory management
  • Ability to operate POS system and prepare associated reports
  • Familiarity with K12 National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP)
  • Effective supervisory, communication, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Physical requirements include moving and lifting materials weighing up to forty (40) pounds
