At Structural Buildings we design and construct a wide array of building types from post-frame, steel-frame, masonry, stud wall frame, SIP panel, and tilt-up concrete; ensuring our ability to provide the best type of building to meet all of our customer’s needs. Job Responsibilities

The Sales Support Specialist acts as the connecting piece between the customer and the Sales Consultant. They will provide comprehensive support for the sales staff and undertake administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department. This includes answering phone calls, following up on leads, maintaining CRM and assisting with customer contracts, change orders and other front desk duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills: ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline oriented.
Competent with technology, laptops, smart phones and multi-line phone systems.
Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects at a time.
Previous Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience preferred. Microsoft Office experience is required.
