Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the financial department with tracking and documenting financial transactions from the bank and QuickBooks
- Help with varying reports
- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completing of simple forms
- Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
- Help Team Leads with a variety of needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skill and /Abilities:
- 1 Year of experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Open to feedback and correction while learning
- Willingness to always be learning new processes
- Ability to work well with others
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- QuickBooks experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Working Conditions:
This position will be in an office setting but not limited to performing duties in a warehouse environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
