Your role will involve: Working to conduct activities to gain sales growth and market share with new and existing customers. Being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff in maximising the application of Stryker products. Providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required. Strategically promote and sell Stryker Lower Extremity products to meet our customers’ needs. Manage your territory and become a product expert while providing clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting. Plan your territory and track your progress, proactively communicating your findings with your Regional Manager Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking. Be present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products. Engage surgeons in the new and exciting enabling technology that is currently being used, and what is to come in the pipeline. Skills and Experience: A knack for selling, ideally with some practical sales experience to date. Strong commercial acumen with a sales-focused mindset Desire to integrate into a high-performing team with a previous track record of achievement. Medical or allied health background (preferred) but a genuine interest in anatomy and healthcare is a must! Responsibilities: Successful candidates will have: Experience and exposure to sales negotiation and business development practices including territory planning, customer management and lead generation and conversion. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
