What You Will Do

This role will provide support to new product development by ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements for sterility assurance, biocompatibility and device reprocessing.

  • Develop testing protocols and guidelines for both terminally sterilized and reusable medical devices that are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Support quality issues by problem solving, root cause analysis, and identifying potential solutions
  • Create or modify documentation related to sterilization evaluations, biocompatibility evaluations, and reusable device processing evaluations
  • Complete project deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams in R&D, regulatory and global quality operations

What you will Need

  • Bachelor of Science in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical degree
  • 0 years of related work experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Self-motivation and interest in learning
