What you will do
Primarily responsible for communicating with hub & field based employees by phone and/or email, maintaining records of requested kits, sending notification of kit shipments and basic JDE order management in relation to expedited Wright Express kit orders.
- Answer phone calls/Emails from hub & field employees requesting kits that are not currently available to ship.
- Maintain Wright Express Kits expedite board as kits are requested and filled.
- Communicate to hubs & field employees via phone and email as kits are available regarding the disposition of requested kits
- Compile and send nightly summary email notification of incomplete kits shipped including items missing
- JDE order maintenance – hard committing lots, cancelling lines, adding lines, etc.
- As needed, may provide support with inspecting & replenishing Wright Express Kits.
What you need
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- High school education or GED equivalent.
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
Additionally, what you will do
- Ability to process inventory transactions accurately in JD Edwards using scanners and keyboard.
- Basic Microsoft office skills. Primarily with Outlook and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, must be very meticulous in checking individual implants and instruments and verifying item and lot number accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Possess a high level of accountability and reliability.
- Must be able to function in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Must be able to follow a defined process and work error free.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and follow-up in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to identify and proactively solve problems
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
