STS Technical Services is hiring IT Process Administratorsin Fort Lauderdale, Florida .
Position Overview:- Supports IT operations and service delivery by gaining understanding of related processes, executing and following up on requests and user support as needed.
- Interact with cross functional teams to help ensure business processes, rules and compliance guidelines are aligned, adjusting documentation accordingly
- Assist with business processes documentation, including collecting and analyzing data, suggesting workflows, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Design solutions to a wide variety of problems and work on projects requiring evaluation and analysis.
- Work collaboratively with the business units IT team to support business units.
- Support with the mapping of business requirements for IT.
- Assist translate high-level business requirements to functional specifications for IT.
- Performs administrative functions to support IT operations, including purchasing request, billing control and service contracts administration.
- Supports identity and access management process (IAM) for IT personnel, including IT third-party contractors and employees of service partners.
- Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with the business and IT
- Support phones (mobile and desktop) and their set up/ interface with IT system.
Education:
- BS Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience:
- 1-3 years' experience in Information Technology, Process Improvement, or related field
- Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles and practices in their work assignments which typically are moderately complex in nature.
- Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and compliance rules and regulations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of lean processes, process improvement tools and methodologies.
- Must possess well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experienced in Business Analysis Process, Process Improvement, Documentation, Diagrams, Data Flow, Process Flow, and all documentation around these areas.
- Adept at diagrams such as Business and Process Flow Diagrams, As Is and To Be diagrams.
- Must have demonstrated advanced knowledge and ability to work with MS Office suite of products including Visio and Project.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize based on criticality.
- Fluent English required, Portuguese desired.
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.

- Incorporates Lean and P3E processes and concepts into daily activities.
