Master Scheduler
The Embedded Scheduler is an experienced project leader and is accountable for overall project coordination at the client site.
They will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and scheduling projects on site. The Embedded Scheduler is passionate, high energy, organized, and has an analytical mind.
The ideal candidate is driven and motivated by working together and solving problems.
Collaborates with departments to create schedules that meet client needs and aligns with plans.
Acts as the primary point of contact for engineering, construction, and maintenance.
Communicates deadlines and schedules to key stakeholders, ensuring that deadlines are met and changes are communicated timely.
Monitors correct implementation of schedule and evaluates success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Pharmaceutical background is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to produce and present clear, concise, and professionally written communications and presentations.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.
