Role Overview:
As a Precision Pilot, you will pick up and deliver packages, documents, and boxes for our customers using your own insured SUV/Minivan. This is a commission-based role, with earnings depending on the number of deliveries you complete each day. Our typical work hours are 8AM-7PM, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for weekend and evening shifts for those eager to go the extra mile. Beginners are welcome, and this role is perfect for retirees and professional couriers alike. We require a minimum commitment of 4 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses safely and on time.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
- Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries.
- Communicate in real-time via the Driver App or phone.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- An iPhone or Android phone.
- Valid driver's license issued by the state where you intend to work.
- Clean driving record.
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Attention to detail.
