Job Summary:
We are seeking a candidate who has a minimum of 1-3 years of commercial lines insurance experience working in an insurance agency who is seeking an opportunity to learn, grow and develop into an account manager.
This role requires assisting with the management of a book of business which involves direct communication and service with clients as well as sales support to producers. The position requires a significant degree of independent judgement, time management and discretion to meet the service level required. The role will develop the employee’s knowledge of the product and coverage offered by the carriers. The role will support the account managers with daily servicing needs and will be responsible for assisting clients and making changes to existing accounts.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position that includes a robust employee benefit package including health insurance, 401k and PTO. Compensation is negotiable depending on experience.
