Job Posting for Student Experience Coordinator at Student Affairs
The Student Experience Program Coordinator role will assist Campus Activities in the implementation of student serves and resources including but not limited to supporting recognized student organizations, volunteer center, student government, and campus events and programs. The coordinators will do the following:
Implement activities aimed at providing a robust student experience
Complete all purchases connected to the events being planned.
Support department initiatives and goals for the year
Serve as a member of the Campus Activities team
Regularly assess the events and services to ensure a connection to campus resources and a sense of belonging
Advise student leaders to implement elements of the student experience
Create and distribute event advertisements through various social media platforms
Manage individual budgets tied to events and activities and reconcile appropriate expenditures
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
1 year experience in a student affairs or student life office -can be experience during time as a student
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in student affairs, student personnel administration, education, counseling, or related field
1 Year experience in a student affairs or student life office
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 1 year Combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience Minimum Field of Expertise: Student personnel administration
