Secretary to the Director of Student Services

JOB SUMMARY: Provides administrative support to the Director of Student Services, Director of Special Education, and Special
Education Supervisor with emphasis on monitoring the clerical and financial functions of the department. Maintain effective working relations and serve as liaison between district staff, parents, public and professional personnel and the Student Services Department.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance abuse in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the District. 52 weeks per year. Pay scale and fringe benefits as described in the Administrative Support Staff Agreement.
EVALUATION: In accordance with the Administrative Support Staff Agreement on evaluation.
