We are seeking a Dean’s Office Assistant who can interact professionally with Park School faculty, staff, and students in a personable manner, and also take on special projects and assignments based on the candidate’s skills in Excel, writing, graphic design, and/or research skills.
Office assistants will be responsible for covering the front desk of the Dean’s Suite by greeting people as they enter the office, answering phones, sorting mail, running errands, and scheduling appointments.
Office assistants may be assigned special projects by the Dean’s Office staff. This could include engaging with prospective students and families on tours, assisting in set up of school events or completing research requests as directed.
We are looking for Park School students who are responsible, dependable, motivated, show initiative and demonstrate good communication skills and professionalism.
Dress code is presentable to the public.
Students should include a copy of their Spring 2024 schedule when applying as well as a cover letter and resume. Preference will be given to those students with larger blocks of times and who include the requested documents.
Hours: 7.5/week
Pay Rate: $15.00
