Studer Community Institute (SCI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to improve the quality of life for all people in the diverse communities we serve. Our leadership development department provides programs, training, and resources to help business leaders grow their companies and create great places to work.
We're looking to add a talented Learning Content Developer to our team that is passionate about helping people improve their skills to get better at their jobs. It's really important you have solid experience developing engaging and effective learning content and that you can work independently and also plan with your team.

Requirements
If this sounds like you, do you meet these requirements?:
- College degree in instructional design and/or 1-3 years of experience in training, instructional design, or similar role
- Experience using e-learning authorizing tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Camtasia)
- Experience using an LMS; serving as LMS admin is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
