Unique opportunity for a litigation paralegal who desires a voice in case selection, strategic case planning, and all aspects of litigation to join our team.

Studinski Law, LLC, a Plover-based boutique personal injury law firm with a national reputation for expertise in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases seeks a passionate, invested, and proactive paralegal with world-class problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

· Assisting with investigating cases;

· Preparing legal documents such as complaints, discovery, and correspondence;

· Organizing and maintaining legal files;

· Researching case-related issues;

· Communicating with clients, law enforcement, medical care providers, claims adjusters, lawyers, and court personnel;

· Summarizing medical records and itemizing medical bills;

· E-filing documents with courts;

· Attending client meetings;

· Actively participating in case planning meetings; and

· Other duties.

Qualifications include:

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe with a strong aptitude for learning new software and systems. Experience with Trialworks case management software is a plus;

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

· Deadline and detail oriented;

· Compassionate and caring;

· Flexible team player who takes all necessary steps to finish the job;

· Legal, medical, and/or insurance background is desirable but not required.

This position is full time with a competitive salary.
