Job Summary:

As a Server Staff member at WiseAsh Airport Cigars & Spirits Lounge, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service during their visit. You will take orders, serve drinks and food, and provide attentive and personalized service to ensure our guests have a memorable time at our lounge.

Responsibilities:

*Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. *Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, catering to each guest's preferences. *Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, premium wines, and other beverages with precision and presentation flair. *Recommend food and drink pairings to enhance the overall guest experience. *Ensure prompt and efficient service to maintain high guest satisfaction levels. *Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the lounge area. *Attend to guest inquiries and address any issues or concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset. *Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. *Handle cash and electronic payments securely and accurately using the POS system. *Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify the legal drinking age of guests. *Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the lounge.

Requirements:

*Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment is preferred. *Knowledge of cigars, cocktails, wine, and fine dining service is a plus. *Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. *Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during busy service hours. *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. *Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety protocols.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time/full-time position with flexible scheduling. Evening and weekend shifts are required.
