Junior Graphic Designer

Jade, a rapidly expanding independent ad agency in Massachusetts specializing in cannabis marketing, retail & e-commerce, and telehealth is on the lookout for a dynamic individual eager to advance alongside us. This role is an in-person position in our Gainesville, Florida office.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities may include:

• Create social media graphics and templates for the social media team to use
• Design cannabis retail and e-commerce campaigns that will include but are not limited to emails, sms, app push notifications, website banners, TV screens, flyers, display ads
• Design of email and web assets for business-to-business and nonprofit clients
• Event marketing assets, including Facebook covers, Eventbrite assets, flyers, etc.
• Supporting and collaborating with our creative team on illustration projects
• Being an active team member in internal and client-facing meetings

This position will report directly to the Senior Graphic Designer/ProductionN Manager

A strong understanding in:

• Photoshop
• InDesign
• Illustrator
• Adobe Creative Cloud

Qualifications:

• Degree in graphic design
• 1 year of graphic design experience (recent grads encouraged to apply)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Impressive artistic ability and some design experience
• Ability to take criticism and make revisions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• A positive attitude toward constructive criticism
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Eager to learn
