What we are looking for

Studio TK is looking for a Client Experience and Planning Associate to join our expanding team. This role comes at an exciting time in the company’s journey and supports its continued growth through direct client interface as well as supporting Studio TK’s leadership team to drive a more efficient flow of business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to administrative assistance, calendar management, tracking, working with vendors, etc.

Responsibilities

This role has two sets of core responsibilities which, while different, complement each other.

The first set of responsibilities is all about our clients and partners. We have a very engaged community of dealers, interior designers, product designers and end users with whom we interface with very frequently. Often those engagements lead to on site visits where we can interface in person for a myriad of reasons: seeing how our product is made, relationship building, learning about our brand, collaborating on joint ventures to name a few. This role will be a key pillar in organizing these visits on behalf of Studio TK to ensure the most effective engagements possible. For this portion of the role, the Client Experience and Planning Associate will work closely with the marketing team, mainly the VP of Marketing and the Brand Experience Manager. The next set of responsibilities is to support the President and the Studio TK leadership in keeping organized on a day-to-day basis. This role will be key in ensuring the flow of business is as efficient as possible.

Core Client Experience responsibilities:

• Work with cross functional teams to identify (and keep a log of) all site visits and ensure selected dates work for all attendees
• Build a brief for each site visit and work with requestors and stakeholders to clearly define intent and strategy
• Coordinate with all attendees and market specific liaisons to ensure the proper logistics are planned
• Partner with attendees to build the appropriate agenda, ensure all parties understand their part in the visit and outline clear timelines and expectations for deliverables
• Assist with the planning of activities from creative contribution to execution
• Coordinate catering, dinners, third party vendors to support each visit Other

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the companies operating rhythm by coordinating meetings and events internally
• Assisting HR with trainings and process documentation
• Assisting the leadership team with other administrative activities

Qualifications / Education Requirements:

• Event planner, office assistant or other relevant experience
• 1-5 years of experience working in event planning and or administrative role
• Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• High level of customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
