Live Selling Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the live host(s) during their shows by interacting with viewers via chat in real-time, answering questions, providing product information, and encouraging sales through persuasive communication
  • Assist the host in prepping for the live show, running production during the show, and managing post-show operations with the live host, warehouse, and sellers.
  • Product and content planning for the show
  • Idea generation for future live shows, offering insights and suggestions to enhance the viewer experience, as well as the calendar
  • Coordinate with Stumbul sellers to promote their products during the show
  • Take initiative to continually improve product knowledge, keeping up with trends, features of live selling tech, and show promotion.
  • Develop efficient and creative ways to enhance and improve production workflow
  • Track, monitor, and understand Livestream's performance through insights and analytics
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on trends and opportunities to the live host

Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing TikTok, YouTube, and WhatNot live stream and shoppable video tools
  • Able to work within a team and independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude and proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic team player
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends on occasion
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present well and explain
  • Passionate about the potential of social live commerce in the new digital retail, and wanted to seize the opportunity to learn, excel, and be part of it
  • Fun, energetic, creative, confident, and presentable in presenting, with a positive and likable attitude
  • Keen interest in fashion products and open to exploring learning new product categories
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, achieving as a team, sharing successes and growth together

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Provo, UT: Relocate before starting work (Required)
