Job description
We are a 27-year-old well established and reputable Investment Banking Company based in Center City Philadelphia, seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator. Candidate must have 1-3 years of marketing experience with outstanding organizational and research skills. The marketing coordinator is expected to be a creative individual with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management. The marketing coordinator will be a key member of the company and will interact daily with the company’s clients and trading desks with major Wall Street Financial Institutions. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials such as newsletters and case studies. Candidate must possess effective written and verbal communication skills and have a high level of attention to detail in order to be successful. Candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft
Office. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask during a typical day. The candidate must have excellent references. This position can escalate into a senior role in the company with excellent financial benefits.
Responsibilities
- Implement marketing plans that include print and online content
- Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues
- Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
- Perform Market Research
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with clients (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage print contractors and other office supply vendors
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- General office duties
Skills
- Proven experience in content management, creative writing, and advertising concepts
- Digital marketing experience a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and detail oriented
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc., Photoshop and web editing a plus)
