STV is seeking a Contract A/E/C Recruiting Talent Sourcer to be an integral member of our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Talent Sourcer coordinates the implementation research needs, along with supporting the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing and prescreening knowledge as well as other employment practices. This role builds the capability of the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of staffing plans, hiring and retention practices.
This position is designated as fully remote (preferably within the PST time zones - LA office preferred). This is a 3-month contract with possibility to extend and the potential to go permanent after the contractual period.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assists with recruitment life cycle including preparing and posting requisitions, arranging interviews, and participating in other various recruiting activities
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives to prospective talent pools
- Partner with recruiters in headcount planning and forecasting future recruiting needs
- Maintaining Applicant Tracking System, including review of all incoming job applications
- Candidate data entry, updating, tracking, and database management
- Conducts operational and administrative portions of hire process.
- Drafting various reports and documents as assigned
- Preparing and publishing job advertisements
- Supporting the candidates selected for interviews by scheduling in-person or virtual interviews
- Assisting with offer letter preparation
- Assisting the team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provides support in other HR functions as necessary
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalency
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience demonstrating effective communication/organization, task/project management, and teamwork
- Experience working within the A/E/C industry is required
- Comfortable in both Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and shift focus as needed
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to manage confidential information with great care and consideration
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking system, preferably Workday
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
- Previous experience supporting a recruiting group or recruiting organization
- Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Compensation Range:
