Senior Manager - Financial Consolidation and Reporting

STV is seeking a Senior Manager - Financial Consolidation and Reporting for our Douglassville, PA office. This role is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly close process and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Oversee the consolidation process and ensure proper reporting of intercompany transactions and entities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and related supplementary schedules.
  • Review and maintain allocations of overhead costs across operating organizations.
  • Review balance sheet and income statement accounts and coordinate with accounting team on resolution of unusual balances or variances.
  • Participate in the monthly review of accounting results.
  • Streamline and identify areas of improvement for the monthly close and reporting process.
  • Participate in the integration of all our acquired entities into the Company's financial systems and processes.
  • Assist in special projects as needed; including, but not limited to, system implementation, acquisitions, and carve-outs.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all financial systems.
  • Prepare and review audit schedules and provide information to external auditors.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting; CPA required
  • 6 years of demonstrated accounting and reporting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communications skills
  • Self-motivated, ethical, and committed to quality

Compensation Range:

$89,543.00 - $119,390.00
