CP&Y an STV Company has an immediate career opportunity for a Civil/Roadway Engineer (EIT) to join our Roadway Design Team. This position would be based in our San Antonio, TX office. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Successful completion of the FE exam (EIT certification) Primary duties: Roadway projects include work for DOT, City, and County clients involving feasibility studies, alternative analysis, public involvement, roadway design, traffic design, and some drainage design familiarity. Roadway design, utility coordination and production of roadway sheets. Design efforts on larger varied and complex transportation projects in team coordination and provides design decisions under the direction of a Project Manager. Manages small to mid-sized transportation projects. Assists in data collection, technical analyses, and written documentation with supervision, as needed. Is actively involved in client interaction and participation in presentations in a supporting role. Familiarity with ArcView GIS software and highly proficient in Excel is a plus. Responsible for job specific quality system tasks as defined in the quality manual. Microsoft, Open Roads, GeoPak software is a plus. Don’t meet every single requirement?
