Due to our success, we need to continue adding resources to assist with the delivery of our anticipated workload which includes a variety of services associated with various infrastructure improvement projects as well as numerous municipal, institutional, and private sector clients. We have an immediate need in the Los Angeles, CA area for a Senior Project Manager for our Transportation & Infrastructure division. This role offers unlimited opportunities to maintain existing client relationships, broaden STV’s service offerings geographically, be involved in major transportation projects, mentor junior staff, all while promoting the culture of a healthy work-life balance. Job Responsibilities Perform project management activities on transportation and infrastructure projects. More specifically: Provide owner’s representative services for site development and construction projects Manage contracts for various municipalities for resurfacing and other improvements Review plans for various transportation and infrastructure projects Provide administration, scheduling, and constructability reviews Specific Requirements Applicant must possess the following: 15 years of relevant transportation project management experience Previous experience with municipal and private development clients in Los Angeles, CA and surrounding CA areas Skilled in technical report writing and communicating with clients Demonstrated ability to lead design and construction teams on transportation projects Exceptional technical and project management skills related to the planning, design and construction process Ability to ensure that all project objectives are achieved Capability to manage competing demands on multiple client projects simultaneously Ability to prioritize and handle challenges on an independent basis Comfortable managing meetings, presenting data and participating and presenting in interviews Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills STV is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities.
