About the Role: As a Data Entry Clerk at Style Netbox, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client information, project details, and other business data. You'll ensure the integrity of our databases by inputting, verifying, and organizing data efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data accurately into database systems or spreadsheets.
- Verify accuracy of data entries and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with data cleanup and reconciliation projects as needed.
- Generate reports and summaries from database systems upon request.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Proficient typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
