The Area Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all subdivision level construction operations in assigned geographic area.

- Lead/Manage/Accountability
- Ensure World Class Customer Experience
- Facilitate On-Time Delivery of Home
- Maintain World Class Subdivision Presentation
- Monitors Cost Variances
- Ensure Quality Standards
What You Will Do:
- Five (5) to Six (6) years' experience residential new home construction
- Demonstrated management experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle capable of carrying supplies and willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime. Ability to travel as needed in general.
