We are growing and looking for a Quality Automotive Parts Specialist to work with our Quality Dealership representing a Quality Product! Our Parts Specialist should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day.

Responsibilities
- Shipping/Receiving parts, Quoting /Invoicing parts on both retail and wholesale level .
- Greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Determining parts needs based on customer information and technician information
- Producing parts estimates for customers with full transparency
- Communicating frequently with Technicians and Parts Associates to ensure timely completion of work
- Follow-up with customers on the status of their parts order
Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with parts needs
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
