Sales Support – packaging materials and equipment

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support member to join our customer service team. You will play a key role in coordinating with customers, vendors, and our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, helping address inquiries by phone, email, and in-person to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with accounting, delivery, and warehouse to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • General office duties as requested.
  • Light warehouse duties to facilitate will-call orders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support or related roles preferred.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with ERP software, Sage is preferred.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.16 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
