As an IT Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement, basic vendor leasing, and inventory management function. This includes maintaining records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for Suburban’s computer hardware and software. The Analyst also minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Manages Remedy Support Queue, email, and Voicemail to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Responsible for administrative duties with in the IT procurement and inventory management function using Remedy Asset Management module.
  • Maintains Remedy records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization’s hardware and software.
  • Maintains and reconciles vendor provided lease schedules.
  • Reconciles outstanding receivables with hardware/software vendors and lease providers.
  • Interfaces with Depot for shipping surplus equipment back to vendors and customers.
  • Manages the Lexmark consumables program and portal for printer supplies.
  • Maintains vendor quarterly lease schedules for Financial Services.
  • Executes program on laptops and desktops to remove Suburban’s data and programs. Packages equipment and schedules pickup with leasing vendor at end of term.
  • Creates yearly computer equipment budget model and inventory for Field, Central Support and other business.
  • Provides assistance to Telecommunication department by researching, reconciling, and coding monthly invoices.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 2 years’ experience in Information Technology Asset Management is preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM package (such as Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.) for procurement and asset tracking.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Microsoft Certifications in supporting hardware and/or software a plus.
  • Certifications in Asset Management and Finance a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
