What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Subway?
Position Summary:
As a Sandwich Artist, it is really all about consistency. Greeting our guests promptly, serving them quickly and professionally goes a long way to building trust. Ensuring that the store is being cleaned, food is being monitored to be within the standards of quality, and maintaining food safety standards such as washing your hands is the foundation. You will be expected to bake bread and cookies, as well as prepare food in safe ways. Finally, there will be paperwork to fill out that includes counting products and money.
Responsibilities:
- When scheduled, you show up for your shift. If unable, you take responsibility and find coverage.
- Treat coworkers and our guests with respect
- Be open to learning new things and adapting to change
- Focused on quality experiences for our guests. The same as you would expect when visiting other restaurants

The Langhans Group currently holds two companies, Country View Enterprises, Inc and Team Sub LLC. We are currently only Subway Franchisee owners. We aim to and can create better opportunities for those who work with us and the communities we operate in.
As a family we represent two generations of Subway experience. Barbara and Daniel Langhans founded Country View Enterprises, Inc in 1994. With Alex and Ryan Langhans joining the company as part owners and franchisees in 2016. Both bringing 20 years of Subway experience each to the owner level. Ryan and Alex are the primary owners of Country View Enterprise, which currently owns 17 locations. Team Sub LLC is owned by Alex Langhans as a testing ground for new ideas separate from the primary company with two locations currently.
Salary : $12 - $14
