Responsibilities
· Create a culture that promotes Well-Being
· Interviewing/Hiring Team Members
· Motivate, coach and develop team
· Inspires the team by providing a positive and upbeat atmosphere
· Conducts quarterly Team Member one-on-ones
· Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure an adequate level of product and supplies
· Build sales for your restaurant
· Analyzes the restaurant's financial performance and creates a follow-up plan to maximize profitability
· Follow all Subway standard operating procedures and guidelines
· Follow proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in the restaurant to fulfill health & Steritech requirements
Subway Restaurant Manager Requirements
· Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience as a Manager within the restaurant and/or hospitality industry
· Must be able to successfully complete food safety certification programs
· Proven ability to hire, train and develop team members
· Proven ability to drive sales and guest service initiatives by motivating and leading team members
· Must possess a sense of urgency, enjoy fast paced environment, and guest service focus
· Ability to understand and analyze financial profit and loss statements, food cost, inventory, food safety, and sanitation requirements
· Must have reliable transportation
