Revenue branch partnership for an experienced producer looking to grow purchase business, recruit loan officers to team and increase income via Revenue Share compensation.

Your branch will have access to:

Our mortgage lending platform will help you build your business fast and increase your realty referral business in ways you currently don't get to experience. Our coaches, trainers and account executives will help you with the best program from our 244 lenders and programs while our processors do the heavy lifting so you can close more.

Qualifications

  • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits.
  • Complete thorough loan applications to determine financial eligibility with applicable ratios
  • Good communication skills to request or provide information to clients and agents and justify decisions (approvals/rejections) to provide guidance
  • Keep up to date on industry knowledge and types of loans available
  • Assess customer needs, explore all options and propose possible scenarios
  • Go the “extra mile” to build trusting relationships and client/realtor loyalty
  • Make sure to operate in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Desire to grow, recruit quality producers and lead team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the mortgage branch, including team management, customer service, and sales management.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and facilitate lending processes.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve revenue targets and provide exceptional financial services to clients.
  • Oversee loan origination, processing, and servicing activities to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and loan officers to facilitate loan approvals and maintain customer relationships.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $255,000.00 per year
