A Successful Candidate will:
- Be motivated and service-oriented.
- Be responsible for controlling late and/or delinquent loan accounts, collecting delinquent loan payments and/or recovering collateral.
- Analyze financial situations of delinquent borrowers, offer financial counseling, payment plans, deferment, etc.
- Have knowledge of collections laws, rules, and procedures.
- Have knowledge of credit union operations, products, and services.
- Experience in lending preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma plus educational equivalent of two years college or an associate degree and at least one year of relevant experience in related field.
